What is Aimy?
Aimy is an AI-powered media buying assistant that helps small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and mid-market agencies plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns without needing media buying expertise. It simplifies everything from campaign setup to creative suggestions, across channels including Google, Meta, X and soon, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Who is Aimy built for?
Aimy is built for small and mid-sized businesses, as well as larger businesses, platforms, and organizations that support SMBs. No prior media buying expertise is required, making it accessible to users of all experience levels.
What platforms does Aimy support?
Aimy currently supports advertising campaigns across Google Search, Meta, and TikTok. Support for LinkedIn, X, Performance Max and YouTube  is planned for future updates.
How does Aimy simplify media buying?
Aimy uses AI to automate and optimize the entire media buying process, including:

Do I need technical expertise to use Aimy?
No, Aimy is designed for accessibility. Its user-friendly interface and AI-driven automation allow users without technical or media buying experience to create and manage effective ad campaigns.
Is Aimy available now?

Does Aimy generate ad creative?
Aimy can automatically incorporate your existing creative from your website or media library or help you generate new imagery on the fly based on your creative vision. Users can review, edit, or replace this content by uploading to the media library before campaigns go live.
How does AHow much control do users have over their campaign?imy simplify media buying?
Aimy is designed to make campaign setup effortless, but users remain in control at every step. You can:

• Approve or edit creative and targeting
• Set and adjust budgets
• Pause or modify campaigns mid-flight
• Review performance data and pacing alerts

Is Aimy meant to replace advertising agencies or media buyers?
No. Aimy is a tool to empower businesses that don’t have access to in-house teams or agencies. For agencies, it reduces time spent on execution so teams can focus more on strategy, reporting, and client service.
What data does Aimy use?
Aimy uses first-party campaign data, public benchmarks, and contextual inputs such as your business website or industry category to guide recommendations. We do not resell any of the data used to guide these recommendations, nor do we use that data to improve, train, or tune the underlying AI models.
If a campaign fails to deliver (e.g., 0 conversions), does Aimy auto-refund or adjust billing?
Users should actively monitor the delivery of their ad campaigns through the Aimy interface, which will provide near real-time updates on performance. Underperformance is not within the purview of Aimy itself; many channel factors can impact how a campaign delivers, so money already spent on any of the channels will not be refunded for any performance related reason. If Aimy mistakenly configures a campaign (the preview that was provided does not match what was set up on channel), users may request a refund of any Aimy usage fees, which will require a thorough review and verification by the Aimy team before a refund is provided.
How does Aimy decide how much to spend, and what if it overspends or underdelivers?
Aimy’s default spending logic is based in part on BN’s years of experience and billions of dollars of managed advertising spend. This is just the start, though, as users can also direct Aimy to increase or decrease budget constraints based on their own comfort levels and objectives. Aimy defaults to lifetime budgets, so overspends are managed by channel logic and should not be an issue for properly configured ad campaigns. Aimy’s estimations for CPM, CPC, impressions, etc. are just that: estimations. Aimy cannot guarantee those estimates will be achieved because performance is impacted by a myriad of factors that are outside its control, but the estimates provided should be a solid benchmark for what users can expect.
If two businesses in the same category use Aimy, are they getting the same campaign?
Aimy cannot guarantee that all campaigns would be completely unique, but the more information users provide to Aimy the more unique Aimy’s recommendations will be. For example, a user who says that they have a coffee shop in NYC that they want people to be aware of would get a more generic recommendation from Aimy than someone who provides the website URL for their NYC coffee shop. To that end, Aimy will try to prompt users to provide sufficient information to ensure that what is created is specific to their goals and business.
What recourse does a customer have if Aimy’s creative or targeting causes brand damage?
Aimy provides its users with incredible transparency with regards to every decision it makes, allows them to verify all aspects of their created campaigns before anything goes live, and allows them to ask Aimy to make changes if they find anything objectionable or incorrect, OR modify the campaign information natively should that be their preference. Ultimately, users are responsible for accepting what was created and launching any campaigns created by Aimy.
Will customers be able to turn off specific automation features like copywriting or audience targeting?
While Aimy does not currently allow users to enable or disable particular capabilities, it gives users the ability to see and approve every choice it is making through its extensive preview system. This allows users to request changes to specific decisions that have been made by Aimy in order to ensure brand alignment and voice.
How will Aimy handle mistakes — whether in creative, budget, or audience selection?
Aimy’s real-time preview system shows users immediately what Aimy is doing based on the prompts that have been provided to it and allows them to re-direct Aimy should something change that was unexpected. Sophisticated logging behind the scenes ensures that Aimy’s behavior can be audited, and performance can be verified. Ad campaigns are normally launched in a paused state, allowing users to verify that the information on the channels themselves is accurate and expected, and users can always choose to pause any spend independently of Aimy. In the future, rollback features will allow users to easily tell Aimy to undo recent changes.
How is Aimy trained, and where does its AI model come from?
Aimy is built on top of industry leading, off the shelf large language models. These models are already trained on advertising information (and therefore understand the language of advertisers), but are paired with our underlying platform technologies to provide unique capabilities and execute ad buys across all supported channels. Because we are not beholden to any one large language model, we routinely assess the capabilities of the market leaders to ensure the best possible results for our customers.
What safeguards are in place to prevent biased, offensive, or non-compliant content?
Ultimately, all of Aimy’s outputs are reviewable and changeable by users. The real-time preview system built into Aimy allows Aimy’s users to see immediately if content is offensive, biased, or non-compliant and to direct Aimy to make changes. Aimy’s goal is to empower people who are not necessarily advertising experts to get their message out on multiple channels, but users still need to be aware of the creative, copy, and targeting that is being recommended by Aimy to ensure that those things align with their brand ideals.
What is the Enterprise Partner Program?
This program is customly designed for organizations that service a large pool of small businesses or require more complex needs. If this is relevant, we’re happy to work with you on developing the best solution for your business needs. 
Is customer data used for training?
No. Aimy does not use customer data for training and has contractual agreements with its AI partners that prohibit the use of customer data to train or improve their AI models and services.

How do I import my own images or videos into Aimy?
Click on the image icon by the chat and upload your files for Aimy to select from. You can also drag and drop and ask Aimy to incorporate. 
How do I update my personal information in Aimy?
1. Click on the icon in the top right corner
2. Select Account Settings
3. Update your personal and account information
How do I sign in to my Aimy account?
You can create an account or use your Google account for verification.Still having trouble, please reach out to support@aimyads.ai.
What languages are supported by Aimy?

Can I share my campaign with another user? 
Not at this time. We’re working on this functionality.

Is there a usage limit?
Please see our plan limitations to understand the number of channels and campaigns that you have access to.
Can I upgrade my plan? 
Yes! You can upgrade your subscription by accessing the Manage My Subscription link in the app (click your profile picture and then select Account Settings to find the link)
